18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notice

This site relies on the language of the statute and on the well reasoned decision of the United STates Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Sundance Associates V. Janet Reno, Attorney General of the United States, which held that entities who merely distribute content, and have no role in procuring models or producing content, are exempt from onsite record keeping requirements.
